Green Day was undoubtedly the BEST gig I've ever been to. The energy was reverberating and the crowd - my word, the crowd! - was just crazy!!

I guess I'm a bit too old for free standing space kerana saya berdiri selama ampat jam eh tuan-tuan dan puan-puan, AMPAT JAM. Selepas ampat jam, lutut berasa longgar and kejong all at once, if you can imagine that. I felt like 75 years old. Nasib tak pakai heels uh. Lagi sikit nak tapi last-minute bought flats during lunch. Ended up buying 2 pairs. See, any excuse to go shoe-shopping.

For part of the show, I was standing behind this guy who is best described as HESBOK. Betul eh tak bedek. Badan dia is shape hesbok. Badan abang-abang kong punya ah. Abestu kan, Abg Badan Hesbok was JUMPING lah eh~ He got so excited, he was jumping along with the crowd and GUESS WHO'S FEET KENA STEPPED ON??? All 150kg of him on my right foot eh sials. Sakit giler babs punya uh kan aku dah ter-French my words. A bit of the skin on my right foot even came off. Dia pakai kasut besi ke aper ni! I couldn't even scream cos I was too shocked from the pain.

I guess the highlight for me was when one of our friends got called up on stage to sing Longview. Not one or 2 verses but the WHOLE DAMN SONG! He stood out from the crowd because of his green hair with the tail and his super skinny frame in a sleeveless t-shirt, very ala-ala mat Mesia nyer pattern. Hurhur. He looked like a natural on stage though, given his many many gigs playing the guitar.

Yan and I got super excited cos it's like one of us who was chosen. After the song, he jumped on the crowd to body-surf and they brought him all the way to the back and he almost fall flat on his face cos he was almost reaching the last row of the crowd. When he got down, it was smack infront of Yan and I and he hugged Yan macam dah lama tak nampak gitu. Then he was quivering a good 10 minutes after that cos still too excited, macam itu concert dia yang punya! Hurhur... And then, his 10 minutes of fame became overwhelming and it propelled him to instant fame and glamour eh! After the show, all the groupies started to surround him and took pictures all. Aku siap tengah tunggu orang keluarkan pena dan kertas mintak autograph jer. Nasib takder. So nonsense lah these people. Haha... It's just Zool.

Anyway, I am very very excited cos I'll be watching BSB soon (eh teenage-hood loves woi, how can I forget) and Paramore too! But Paramore, not free-standing. The crowd would be younger and confirm ada budak hingus nak skank ke mosh ke haper.

And then Yan bought tickets for me and himself for Between the Buried and Me. I have no idea who they are and I believe I have not heard a single song of theirs but like always, I am very open when it comes to music and will listen to whatever, even metal. Just don't give me techno eh please the tiu-tiu uwuk-uh uwuk-uh are just too much. Berbulu ah telinga saya, tuan.

Ratna told me that she's gonna try to memorise 1 song per day until BSB concert comes along. Her resolution made me nervous. I think I better buy their 7th album soon and try to memorise too. What better time to do that than now since I'm always staying late in the office anyway, right. Biar saya gunakan masa ini dengan afdhal cheyyydeba haha.

And this time round, I will wear heels cos 1) BSB concert CONFIRM ada ramai pompuan-pompuan gila yang terlalu mengikut perasaan apabila ternampak Nick Carter dan dalam keghairahan nya, CONFIRM akan lari ke hadapan dan memijak kaki saya. Jika kejadian itu berlaku, saya akan memijak balik. Menggunakan heel saya yang tajam itu. 2) Between the Buried and Me nye concert pula, CONFIRM ada ramai abang-abang Badan Hesbok yang juga akan terkinja-kinja kesukaan apabila ternampak idola favorit mereka dan juga memijak kaki saya dengan kasut besi nya. Apa? "Kalau pakai kasut besi, macam mana saya boleh pijak kaki mereka balik?" Takper, saya akan tendang ah... Apa tu nama? Shin mereka dengan tumit tinggi serta tajam saya itu. Shin cakap Melayu apa eh? Buku lali eh? Bukan kan? Tu ankle kan? Ok takper. Penat sey bebual Melayu.
